We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in qualifying new sales opportunities, ensuring our sales pipeline remains full of well-qualified leads. Responsibilities
- Research and qualify assigned leads to ensure they fit our description of an Ideal Client.
- Conduct initial calls from warm leads, follow up via phone calls, and launch lead-nurturing email campaigns.
- Work in conjunction with marketing specific to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Engineers to win new clients and suggest innovative ways to improve our processes and methodology.
- Utilize our CRM to fully manage the lead funnel and provide progress reports to upper management as required.
- Stay accountable to specific KPIs for effective job performance.
- Embrace phone sales, coaching, structure, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience – via phone and email sales.
- Experience in technical sales is a benefit, but not required – we focus more on your ability to connect with our clients.
- Ability to understand our services, offerings, and culture to sell our services and value to clients.
- Strong communication, time-management, and organization skills.
- Tenacious and passionate in pursuit of goal achievement, company success, and personal growth.
- Practical application of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.
