Our HR Assessment provides business owners and leaders with essential deliverables. Our 3 step process includes:

1. Our team guides leaders through 55 subject areas in four primary areas of HR and Talent Management. This gives us a look into your current situation, abilities, compliance, and processes.
2. Based on the assessment results, DETS will dive in to understand where you currently stand and make recommendations for near, mid, and long-term improvements. 
3. Collaborate with leadership team to build workplans and undertake specific projects.
