We enter into an agreement with you and require an intial payment to begin the engagement. Then, we receive a modest percentage of your first-year salary (50% after 2 weeks and 50% after 90 days). Our services include the resume, cover letter, search strategy, personal branding, messaging, assistance in looking for open positions, networking, leveraging our professional network to find unadvertised openings and endorse you, making connections when possible, interview coaching, weekly meetings together to check-in and refocus, and we maintain a shared tracking spreadsheet of our combined activity.
